| | Our MWG's party for the Christmas Season was held last December 6, 2008. This is our 3rd year to celebrate the Feast of the Season as a group. To celebrate a different kind of Christmas party we have adopted the Pajama Christmas Party. We really have a blast!
We have salo-salo together, wherein we ate festive dinner with all kinds of filipino dishes and placed everything in a banana leaves and eating with our bare hands. We managed to stay awake till wee hours of the morning by filing our stomachs with hot chocolate drinks, tsamporado and pandesals. The ladies went out late at night with their PJs' on to check out this coffee shop named Biksa Coffee. The mens just stood on by just conversing all through the night. While our children enjoyed watching Nicko, Cartoon N/w and playing play stations.
It was truly a night to remember and it happen because we want to celebrate and remember this day where we celebrate a different kind of Christmas as a group. See you all next year. God Bless. |
| | MLA Entry using Valerie's Sketch. |
| | Lately I found myself so fascinated in making mini-albums and I can finished it out in a jippy - just like this one below. I do have lots of these already, but cant have time to download or even take pictures of it, I happened to have this one taken, coz I need to give this as a birthday presents. Care to take a look. |
| | Here are some of the layouts I made using SA Kits. These layouts were entered for SA challenges. |
| | The first 4 layouts were created only in just 2 days - but not the entire day huh, in between breaks in the office and while my kids are sleeping. The last one with title sisters I used 3BIAR products named groovy...wala lang I just wanted to capture that moment where my daughters are not fighting hehehe.

| | Hi there been out for awhile Ive been updating my other blog, but Im please to let you know that Im been busy doing all these layouts...one of which were chosen in the BG gallery. I love BG so much though I still need a lots of improvements and more techniques but that will come. For now, my own masterpieces are already my prize and pride...hehehe. TFL! |
| | This LO is created for Visual Creation Hambly Screen Prints Challenge. The pictures were taken during our family vacation in Boracay last Sept. 4-8, 2007. Hannah was wearing her Tita Loisa's freshly bought Tshirt Souveneir. The picture with a big smile was so closely taken and the other one was before that, she was coming towards me.
I love this picture so much coz our youngest daughter seldom smile or laught, we most of the time call her Simang- short for Simangot! Hehehe- TFL! |
| | Here's another LO of me. Here a picture taken at the hotel lobby before the Church Wedding.
From this day forward....my life change forever.
|
| | The photos on the LO were taken at MIA Domestic Airport while waiting for our plane to arrive. Were going to Boracay here and Hannah my daughter has to be pulled from bed early just for us to be able to catch our flight. She seem to enjoy all the camera being pointed at her here. TFL! |
| | These two layouts are my very first LO of ME. I actually entered both in a challenge. The first is entitled A Life to a New Journey, I used latest BG collections like Infuse, Recess and Mellow. This time around I've learned to appreciate using different PPS of one brand, before kasi I would mix and matched, and that sometimes will not give due justice on the pictures. That's actually the benefits that I'm getting from the comments of fellow scrapbookers and at the same time from their inspiring creations too. The Journal says: It was all uncertainty As to what life would be on the day i took a new journey a life of sheeer bliss and hopes shared with someone, I dearly love looking back from where I am now. Thanks be to God for a life to a "New Journey." The other one naman is entitled My Wish Came True, I only used all BG Recess papers, I tried layering here for the Kaya Challenge and what thing I tried new technique for me - the Hidden Journaling and using hinges my very first. The journal says: It sure is every girls' dream to be wedded or to be married someday. I even say a prayer or two for this alone. I've been in a different relationship and each of which experience I dreamt that it would last down the aisle.
I almost gave up to that dream 'coz all I would have were pains and no less than heartaches.
Until I fervently pray for it and it came upon a decision to take each steps at a time, and seemly dont just jump to any man that would show me pa-cuteness.
Loo and behold, I didnt realize that my long time friend, a fellow leader, a confidante would be my man of my dreams.
I used to joke on him and would matched him with one of my bestfriends...but it didnt work out coz he actually likes me even more than her...than our love story began and MY WISH CAME TRUE!
And here goes the output. TFL! |
| | This picture was actually free from our purchase of diapers of my children. We were given a chance to post and smile on the cam, it was a very abrupt one and I dont have the chance to poweder my nose...kaya nagmamantika ako. I placed this picture on our fridge and I decided for it not to be wasted to have a LO and heres the outcome.
I titled it " Quality Time" the journal says: Spending time with my daughters MJ and Hannah are times well spent. Each moments are precious gems and flower filled gardens. Full of fun, full of love, full of joy and full of happiness (redundant - hehehe) Such a Quality Time indeed, coz all of us would not realize how time passesby.
TFS!

 | Hannah | Sep 19, '07 2:09 AM for everyone |
| | This picture was captured before bedtime, Hannah my youngest daughter did not wink on the camera, just not the same with what she most do. Her eyes was so meaningful that I cant just simply ignore not to prepare a page layout for her. I just dont know if I give justice to it. Hope when she this in the future she will like it. TFS |
| | This creation was done for my officemate. She gave me five pictures, I already used the 1st picture on Special bond. I thought of putting all the remaining pictures. With the inspiration from Rebecca Ludens of www.about.scrapbooking I came across this accordion attached to the page LO....Hence, this is the finished product. Feel free to comment. TFL! |
| | I made this LO for my officemate, she wanted to surprise her husband who is working across the miles, with this LO. Hope she will like it. |
| | This LO was scraplifted from Ritas Cottage Gallery. I entered to in Scrappin Mom Challenge but I did not make it. The experience was worth it, because it thought me a lesson. No pain no gain! Hehehe! |
| | After learning that I wasnt included in the 30 participants to move on the next round, here I did apply what I learn from the experience. This is LO was created to help me out divert such feeling. Actually, the experience was worth it and hearing some of the best LO designers in the group told me that my LO is okay except for obvious reason, hehehe nag senti ba me. Anyway, ganun lang talaga me eh, I put heart on everything I do, some say I'm too emotional of course not. I'm just being me di ba, honest lang me sa feeling ko and those experiences thought me well and help me a better person naman. |
